Meaghan is a Senior Facilitator and Facilitator Practice Lead at Phuel. Originally from Upstate New York, she delivers leadership and team programs and also looks after the quality system behind Phuel’s facilitation practice, making sure sessions are consistent, engaging, and genuinely useful (not just “nice in the moment”). This includes accreditation and train-the-trainer across existing and new content, facilitation standards and QA, and turning client and participant feedback into improvements that lift outcomes over time. Expect warmth, clear structure, and just enough humour to keep things human.
