An Answer to the Question 'Why'?
Dean Gale
After a great Christmas break with family and friends I couldn’t help but notice how many times every day my kids ask “Why?”. Why should I empty the dishwasher, why tidy my room, why does it matter if I play on my phone? Just like kids, at Phuel we like to ask the question “Why?”.
Why do people behave the way they do? Why do people think the way they do? Why do people say what they say? Why is there a disconnect between what people say and the way they behave? A 30 second google search will reveal endless streams of science, opinion, research, views and thinking to answer those questions.
It then got me thinking. Why at Phuel do we do what we do? And why do we do it the way we do? And the answer really is quite simple…it’s because of you.
Because of the challenges you bring us, the questions you ask and the trust you place in us that enables us to do what we do.
We deeply value every opportunity you provide us to understand, connect and develop your people and help them be the best version of themselves.
We love the laughter, learning and lasting impact you enable us to create in every interaction we have with you.
We are continually challenged and excited about what’s next. What the combination of you – our fantastic clients – and our 21 years’ experience, world class team of facilitators and consultants and unique content means for your people and your organisation.
We will never waver from our belief that people are moved and inspired by people but we also wanted to provide you with a fresh environment where you can discover, explore, engage and ask questions of us through our new website. In fact answer the question you often ask us – what else does Phuel do?!?
We hope we’ve answered that!
Even better, we hope it ignites passion and inspires change.
We’d love to hear your feedback as you explore so pick up the phone or drop us a line to let us know what you think.
Keen to know more about Phuel? We'd love to chat. To start your thinking, let's talk to find out what's possible.
